17.38.207 MAXIMUM MICROBIOLOGICAL CONTAMINANT LEVELS (1) The board hereby adopts and incorporates by reference 40 CFR 141.63(a) , 141.63(b) , and 141.63(c) , which set forth maximum contaminant levels for microbiological contaminants. (2) Failure to submit the required number of repeat samples for a public water supply system is a violation of the coliform bacteria MCL set forth in 40 CFR 141.63.
