24.121.1507    HAND WASHING FACILITIES

(1) Every shop, salon, and school must have a hand washing facility that is convenient to the work areas, but not located in a restroom.

(a) The hand washing facility must have hot and cold running water, and be connected to a sewer or septic system.

(b) A soap dispenser containing soap must be provided.

(c) Single service towels or an air dryer is required.
