(1) Any program that includes in its marketing, advertising, information packet, or other similar document reference to providing primary, inpatient chemical dependency treatment must ensure that such treatment program is provided by a public or private treatment chemical treatment facility licensed by the Montana Department of Health and Human Services under Title 53, chapter 24, of the Montana Code Annotated (MCA).
