42.13.201    LABELING REQUIREMENTS

(1) No licensee shall sell, offer for sale, or deliver any liquor (distilled spirits, wine, or malt beverages) unless the containers thereof are marked, branded, or labeled in conformity with this rule and ARM 42.13.221.

(2) Alcohol content by volume must be noted on the labels of all packaged malt beverages sold or manufactured in Montana, with an alcohol content of more than 8.75% alcohol by volume.
