(5) Fees for applicant fingerprint checks are set by the FBI and Montana Department of Justice, and are subject to change. Current fee amounts for fingerprint checks are available at the Montana Department of Justice.

(6) Additional standardized fees are specified in ARM 24.101.403.

(7) Fees are deemed earned by the board upon receipt and all fees are nonrefundable.
