(1) Health and wellness is defined as services that assist consumers in acquiring, retaining and improving self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills to reside successfully in the community.

(2) The service includes adaptive health, wellness, and therapeutic recreational services such as:

(a) hydrotherapy;

(b) living well with a disability; and

(c) access to fitness and exercise facilities.
