2.63.404    RETAILER REQUIRED RULE READING

(1) Each licensed retailer and any employee of the retailer who will be involved in the sale, bookkeeping, or any other aspect of the lottery shall:

(a) read the lottery laws and commission rules concerning retail licenses and be familiar with these laws and rules; and

(b) sign all official application forms indicating that the retailer is familiar with the laws and commission rules and agrees not to violate these laws or rules.
