24.144.404 DUPLICATE LICENSE OR ENDORSEMENT (1) The department may upon request replace any previously issued license or endorsement that has been lost or destroyed. The request must include a written statement from the holder attesting to the loss or destruction of the license or endorsement. The request must also be accompanied by the fee as set in ARM 24.101.403.
