24.21.101    FUNCTIONS OF THE APPRENTICESHIP BUREAU

(1) The functions of the Apprenticeship Bureau, Labor Standards Division, are the administration of: Apprenticeship Council and contracts as set out in sections 39-6-101 through 39-6-107 , MCA; P.L. 90-77, Title 38, U.S.C. Chapters 34, 35, and 36, concerning Veterans Approval for Apprenticeship and On the Job Training; Title 29, C.F.R. Part 30 concerning Equal Employment Opportunity in apprenticeship; and Title 29, C.F.R. Part 5A, concerning employment of apprentices on federally financed projects.
