37.62.1105    VOLUNTARY WITHHOLDING

(1) Notwithstanding the provisions of 40-5-412 (2), MCA, the CSED may, at the request of the obligor, take steps to implement income withholding at any earlier time, in an amount determined in accordance with 40-5-416 , MCA.
