37.88.1121    INPATIENT PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES

(1) Inpatient psychiatric services are services that comply with the requirements of this subchapter and the applicable federal regulations and are provided in an inpatient psychiatric hospital facility or residential treatment facility that is devoted to the provision of inpatient psychiatric care for persons under the age of 21.

(2) 42 CFR 440.160 and 441.150 through 441.156 (1997) , provide definitions and program requirements and are adopted and incorporated by reference.
