38.5.605    FINAL ORDERS -- APPEALS

(1) Nothing in the rules of this sub-chapter shall be construed as limiting in any way the right of a utility, or any other party, from challenging the reasonableness of a final order pursuant to the applicable provisions of Title 69 of the Montana Code Annotated, and the Montana Administrative Procedure Act.
