2.59.1756 GOVERNMENT SPONSORED ENTERPRISES (1) The government-sponsored enterprises for the mortgage servicer capital requirements in the Montana Mortgage Act are: (a) Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac); (b) Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae); or (c) Federal Home Loan Banks (FHLBs).
