24.183.411 TEACHING OF LAND SURVEYING SUBJECTS (1) When teaching land surveying subjects in Montana, either the class instructor or the person in responsible charge of the board-approved curriculum shall be a Montana licensed professional land surveyor and be in responsible charge of class instruction of land surveying subjects.
