38.2.101 MODEL PROCEDURAL RULES (1) The department of public service regulation has herein adopted and incorporated the Attorney General's Model Procedural Rules 1.3.205 through 1.3.210 concerning rule making, and 1.3.226 through 1.3.229 concerning declaratory rulings, by reference to such rules.
