NOTICE OF REVISED PUBLIC HEARING PROCEDURES ON PROPOSED AMENDMENT

1. On April 17, 2020, the Department of Public Service Regulation, Public Service Commission (department) published MAR Notice No. 38-5-245 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules at page 651 of the 2020 Montana Administrative Register, Issue No. 7. That notice scheduled a public hearing for June 2, 2020, at 1:30 p.m., in the Bollinger Room, 1701 Prospect Avenue, Helena, Montana, to consider the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules.

 

2. Due to the ongoing state of emergency in Montana involving coronavirus, there will be no in-person hearing. Interested parties may access the remote conference platform by telephone starting at 1:30 p.m. on June 2, 2020. Dial by telephone: 406-444-4647 and conference ID is 1628972.
