(1) A licensee may store alcoholic beverages only on the licensee's licensed premises.

(2) Only those alcoholic beverages for which the premises are specifically licensed may be received, accepted, or stored. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through an agency liquor store, a licensed beer wholesaler, table wine distributor, winery, or brewery.
